What You're Selling

A brand with numbers you can't argue with

ArtMoment is a Czech creative-workshop brand — painting, ceramics, neon signs, macramé. Over five years we have built the largest network of its kind in Central Europe. Every prospect can visit a live location and see the business for themselves.

How the Role Works

One job. From first contact to signed contract.

Your remit is to sell ArtMoment franchises to British entrepreneurs. That's it. We're not looking for a manager, coordinator, or administrator. We want someone who runs B2B sales conversations from start to finish.

Step 1

Lead Qualification

Leads come to you from our pipeline: Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns, landing page enquiries, and direct inbound. You filter and qualify them.

Step 2

Outbound & Networking

LinkedIn, local business communities, industry events. You actively source partners who aren't already in our funnel.

Step 3

Initial Conversations

Phone and video calls. You present the product, read the prospect, identify fit. You decide who moves forward.

Step 4

Sales Materials

You send ready-to-use collateral — PDF brochure, pitch deck, ROI calculator, FAQ. All in English, ready to go.

Step 5

In-Person Meetings

For the most advanced prospects, you meet face to face. Occasional travel to major UK cities.

Step 6

Negotiation & Signature

You negotiate terms, guide the prospect through signing, then hand the new partner over to our onboarding team in Prague.

Where Your Role Ends Once the contract is signed, the Prague team takes over onboarding and ongoing partner support. You move on to the next deal. No residual account management, no long tail — one cycle, one commission, on to the next.
What You Get to Succeed

Everything except your sales talent

You don't enter this role empty-handed. You sell a product that has proof. With tools someone else has already built.

A brand with a 5-year track record

34 live locations a prospect can visit. Real numbers, a real business, real proof.

Full English sales kit

artmoment.uk landing page, PDF brochure, pitch deck, ROI calculator, FAQ — all in English, ready to use.

Steady inbound lead flow

Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting the UK market run continuously — leads come to you.

Substantive support

Ready answers to common objections, financial models, legal contract templates. Tough question? The founder picks up the phone.

Onboarding training

2–3 days in Prague or online. You learn the product, the business, the team. You don't go in blind.

Direct line to the founder

Egor Nefedov leads the expansion personally. No intermediaries, no management layers. Question? Answer today.

Is This Role for You?

We'll be straight with you. You decide.

Honesty saves time on both sides. If you recognise yourself in the list below — apply. If you don't — no hard feelings.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent British English — you'll be selling to British entrepreneurs
  • Conversational English with the Prague team (all internal comms are in English)
  • Registered UK business entity (sole trader, Ltd, or equivalent B2B structure)
  • B2B sales experience — ideally franchising, hospitality, fitness, or retail. Open to any sector where you've sold products worth over £4,000
  • Ability to run 5–10 quality sales conversations per week
  • Professional presence on video and in person — you represent the brand
  • You've closed deals before and know your earning ceiling depends entirely on you

What We're Not Looking For

  • Someone expecting a salary, holiday pay, bonuses, or employee benefits
  • Anyone who needs a guaranteed monthly income — this role won't provide that
  • A lead-passer who hands enquiries on and waits — you own every deal from first contact to signature
  • Someone treating this as a speculative side interest rather than a serious earning opportunity
  • Salespeople with no experience of higher-value products — this is not an impulse purchase

What happens if we build the UK market faster than planned

Over the next 24 months, our target is to sign 8–12 franchise partners in the United Kingdom. Our vision: ArtMoment becomes the largest creative-workshop network in Europe by the end of 2028.

The United Kingdom — ~67 million people, a strong middle class, and a well-developed experience economy — is a priority expansion market for us. If this market moves faster than planned, we are ready to extend your remit to further European markets on the same commission terms. No upper limit means exactly that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we get asked most often

When exactly do I receive my commission?
Once the initial franchise fee clears into our account from the new partner. In practice that's 14–30 days after signing. You invoice us B2B from your UK business entity.
Can I combine this role with another job or my own business?
Yes — in fact that's preferred. We're looking for someone who already has income from elsewhere and wants a parallel revenue stream. Realistically 15–25 hours a week is sufficient. Put in more — earn more.
What if a partner walks away three months after signing?
Your commission is one-off and non-refundable. You did your part — you sold. Ongoing support and operational risk sit entirely with us. No residual liability on your side.
Are there any upfront costs, fees, or deposits?
None. Zero. You receive materials, leads, and training at no cost. The only expense is your own travel to meet prospects in person (more than covered by commission on closed deals).
What does the contract between us look like?
A standard B2B agency agreement with Czech ArtMoment s.r.o. Payment in EUR to your UK business account. You can review the draft contract after a successful initial call.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Application → response within 48 hours. First video call with the founder within one week. Second call plus a short sales task. Decision within 2–3 weeks of your application.
